Aurora Continuing Health
Aurora Continuing Health is the organizational name associated with the public-facing Aurora Health at Home service relationship in West Allis. Through this relationship, eligible new graduates may enter Advocate Health’s residency while working in home-based services such as skilled nursing or hospice care. The National Avenue address functions as an administrative reference; patient homes and other designated settings, not a conventional teaching campus, define the physical service context.
