Aurora Medical Center – Bay Area
Marinette’s Aurora Medical Center – Bay Area participates in Advocate Health’s New Graduate Nurse Residency Program. The current hospital on University Drive opened in 2018 and serves as a regional acute-care employer in northeastern Wisconsin. Residents join the shared Advocate program, which supplements early nursing practice with structured development; the exact position, unit, and start opportunity depend on current facility hiring.
