About this campus
UW Medical Center's Northwest campus is a named site of the Transition to Practice Program in Seattle. The employer program supports newly graduated registered nurses as they begin clinical work, using preceptor guidance and a structured approach to developing skills. Northwest and Montlake share the published program accreditation, while nursing education offered by the University of Washington is organized separately through the university.
