CommonSpirit Health — Mountain Region — Utah Training Coordination
CommonSpirit’s Mountain Region nurse residency supports new registered nurses through guided workplace practice and organized learning. Utah participation includes the Holy Cross hospitals in Layton, West Jordan, Lehi, Salt Lake City and West Valley City. Residents receive specialty preparation with preceptors and participate in both in-person and virtual education. The shared residency curriculum accompanies clinical work within the participating hospitals, helping nurses connect their earlier education with the responsibilities of their new positions.
