Samaritan Pacific Communities Hospital is the Newport site explicitly named for Samaritan's current New Nurse Graduate Transition to Practice cohort. Participants hired here receive multidisciplinary classroom instruction and a customized preceptor clinical experience in the selected acute or ambulatory setting. Samaritan's program also accommodates experienced-RN specialty transitions, although each specialty and hospital combination remains opening-dependent rather than a blanket offering at every location.
