CSP Online — Oregon RN-to-BSN relationship
Concordia University, St. Paul makes its RN-to-BSN option available to eligible Oregon nurses through CSP Online. Coursework is completed remotely, followed by a 90-hour practice experience arranged in the student’s home state. This completion program does not use CSP’s Portland accelerated-BSN site for instruction. Published 2026 and 2027 start dates support current applicant availability for the RN route, while the university remains the degree owner.
