St. Charles Bend (representative system relationship)
St. Charles Bend is a representative system location for St. Charles Health System’s Nursing Residency Program. The 12-month program supports newly licensed Oregon RNs through structured learning and practice, while separate specialty fellowships serve experienced nurses entering critical care, emergency, family birthing, or operating-room roles. St. Charles also operates in Redmond, Prineville, and Madras. The nurse’s hired position determines the facility and unit, so Bend should not be read as the sole placement.
