Salem Health Hospitals & Clinics

Salem Hospital is the documented site for Salem Health’s New Graduate RN Residency Program. The program accepts applications on a rolling basis for several cohorts each year and begins with didactic instruction, simulation, and general and unit-specific skill development. Residents then work with dedicated preceptors and receive continuing support from clinical educators and unit leaders. This relationship reflects required in-person learning and supervised practice at the hospital in Salem.
