The Valley Hospital
The Valley Hospital in Paramus hosts Valley Health System’s New Graduate Nurse Residency for newly employed registered nurses. Based at Four Valley Health Plaza, the program provides organized transition support as participants move into clinical roles and develop professional practice within the health system. Residency completion is employment-based and carries no academic credential; candidates must first complete the nursing education needed to qualify for registered-nurse practice.
