At Monmouth Medical Center Southern Campus in Lakewood, the RWJBarnabas Health Graduate RN Residency helps newly employed registered nurses make the transition into hospital practice through workplace learning connected to clinical orientation and early-career development. The residency is nondegree professional preparation for employees; it does not replace prelicensure nursing education or lead to a college diploma, certificate, or degree.
