Fort Harrison VA Medical Center
Fort Harrison VA Medical Center’s Education Office at 3687 Veterans Drive anchors two current nursing transition programs. The 12-month Post-Baccalaureate Registered Nurse Residency provides protected training time for recent BSN graduates, while the Primary Care Nurse Practitioner Residency prepares new APRNs through clinical and academic experiences with Montana State University. Participants may rotate elsewhere in the Montana VA system, but the VA does not publish a complete satellite-site list for either program.
