Children's Minnesota Transition-to-Practice Network
Children’s Minnesota presents one Transition to Practice Program across its Minneapolis and St. Paul campuses and The Mother Baby Center at Mercy in Coon Rapids. This network entry avoids treating each facility as a separate program while preserving the locations where in-person education and practice may occur. Applicants considering pediatric transition education should use the employer’s program materials for the shared opportunity and note that their assigned setting may be one of the three supported Minnesota relationships.
