Cloquet Campus
At its Cloquet Campus, Fond du Lac Tribal and Community College provides an associate degree nursing program with both traditional and LPN advanced-standing entry. The LPN-to-ADN route is identified separately for applicants without creating a second credential. Instruction is campus-based at 2101 14th Street and is paired with required practice learning. Clinical placements may be away from the college property, so the address describes the instructional home rather than every attendance site.
