Grossmont Health Occupations Center — Santee
Grossmont Health Occupations Center in Santee serves new and returning nurses. Vocational nursing students complete classroom study, skills and simulation laboratories, and clinical rotations after entering with California nursing assistant certification. Licensed nurses can pursue intravenous therapy and blood withdrawal training. A separate registered nurse refresher and reentry course combines classroom and simulation learning with clinical experience through the center’s hospital partner.
