Higher Education Center at Otay Mesa — Nursing and Health Occupations
Southwestern College’s Higher Education Center at Otay Mesa is on Gigantic Street. It houses nursing and health-occupations instruction across associate nursing, vocational nursing and nurse assistant education. Additional offerings include home health aide, acute-care assistant and operating-room nursing preparation. Students participate in campus academic and practical learning and required clinical experiences. The college’s LVN step-up and nondegree routes have separate entry and credential requirements.
