Campus Overview
About this campus
In downtown Redding, Shasta College’s Health Sciences campus supports registered and vocational nursing education. An RN associate degree and a vocational certificate are available, alongside assessed advanced placement for qualified LVNs and military healthcare applicants. Study involves nursing theory and practical learning. LVNs may also consider a separate nondegree option for California RN examination eligibility; that route should be distinguished from earning the associate nursing degree.
